Since 1997, the Global Geodynamics Project (GGP) stations have used a text-based data format.The main drawback of this type of data coding is the lack of data integrity during the Storage Box data flow processing.As a result, metadata and even data must be checked by human operators.

In this paper, we propose a new format for representing the 7.35 GGP data.This new format is based on the eXtensible Markup Language (XML).
